Mint Hotel Amsterdam awarded one rosette and four stars by the AA

The AA has awarded newly-opened Mint Hotel Amsterdam Four Stars and one AA Rosette for its signature restaurant City Café – the first hotel in Amsterdam to achieve these awards.

The hotel was officially recognised following a visit by an AA inspector to the hotel and restaurant. According to the AA, restaurants that achieve one AA Rosette stand out in their local area and serve food prepared with care, understanding and skill, using good quality ingredients.

“We are absolutely delighted to receive Four Stars and one AA Rosette at our latest and first international hotel, Mint Hotel Amsterdam,” said Chief Executive and Co-founder of Mint Hotel, David Orr. “The AA is internationally recognised as a credible assessor of hotels and restaurants that has a rating system appropriate to modern customers needs and expectations.
