In this zoo you meet lots of animals in their own 'continent'. They feel fine in their simulated habitats. You can take a look around Asia. Monkeys, swine and pheasants live in the Malaysian Wood. In the Chinese garden you will come face to face with elephants. Take a walk on the swinging suspension bridge next to a waterfall!

Water continent

In the Oceanium you will discover the North Sea, the Atlantic Ocean, the Caribbean and the Californian coasts. You will meet Colorado toads, starfish, leopard sharks and sea lions. You will also come face to face with a shark! Rotterdam Zoo has a glass shark tunnel which is no less than 22 meters long. 

Children's Jungle

In the Kiboko Children's Jungle you can climb, clamber, swing and go down the crocodile slide. How high up do you dare to go in the exciting gigantic climbing net? In the petting zoo you can pet and hold the goats and rabbits.

Zoo camp

Are you game to sleep near so many different animals? In the summer months you can stay overnight in the zoo. You will camp out in the giraffe park. You will have an opportunity to help the zookeepers.
