The edition for 2009 consists of 39 special offers; combined they are worth over
€ 200 of benefits and discounts. New special offers compared to the previous edition are of amongst others the Rotterdam Port Experience and Splashtours (new attractions in Rotterdam), Kunsthal Rotterdam, Tours at the Feyenoord stadium and restaurants Stroom and Level. Of course, top attractions like Diergaarde Blijdorp (Rotterdam Zoo), Spido and Euromast are present in the brochure as well. Almost all participants offer a discount of 25% or more!

The Rotterdam Welcome Card 2009 is available for € 5 at several sales points, like the tourist information offices VVV Rotterdam Store and VVV Rotterdam Info Café. If wished for, a card for unlimited travelling with public transport of the RET (tram, metro, bus) can be added to the package against attractive rates:

- RET 2 metro travels: 2 x one hour of unlimited travelling with RET metro
- RET 1 day card: 1 day of unlimited travelling with RET tram/metro/bus

Please note! For travelling with RET metro a chip card (‘OV-chipkaart’) is required.
The RET tickets mentioned above are variations of the chip card; they are
disposable and therefore ideal for visitors! In trams and busses you can still use
paper tickets.
