Advantages of registering

The program is simple; the organiser registers the event through www.airfranceklm-globalmeetings.com and receives a communication kit including a link with an integrated Event ID code. The link and AIR FRANCE & KLM Global Meetings logo have to be posted on the event website. The participant can log in with the assigned ID-code to book his/her discounted flight online. The organiser should register the event at AIR FRANCE & KLM Global Meetings at least two months before the event starts.

• Participants can make use of all KLM and AIR FRANCE flights and all KLM and AIR FRANCE code share flights including Alitalia, CityJet, Delta Air Lines and Kenya Airways.
• The discounted ticket price will be charged directly and is available 5 days before and 5 days after the event.

• Participants receive Flying Blue Miles (even if it concerns a reduced rate ticket).
• The organiser of the event is entitled to an additional incentive in terms of free tickets. The organiser can also choose to have reservations and ticketing done through a travel agent; in this case no reward tickets are granted.
