Museum Park

Museum Park lies in the heart of Rotterdam. The Netherlands Architecture Institute, the Chabot Museum, Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen, the Kunsthal and the Nature Museum surround the park. Architect Rem Koolhaas and landscape architect Yves Brunier designed Museum Park. In addition to taking you through the modern city park, it also shows you the 19th-century Scheepvaartkwartier.

Kop van Zuid

Kop van Zuid is one of the most interesting parts of downtown Rotterdam. During a 1.5-hour-walk you will become acquainted with this great building project. Delfshaven

Delfshaven is a historic area that was not ruined by the bombing during World War II. Here you can see what Rotterdam looked like before this war: canals, alleyways, stately mansions and an old harbor. No route has been mapped out through this part of Rotterdam but it is easy to roam around this lovely quarter on your own.  

City walk

The Rotterdam Tourist Information Office also has a city walk. This walk takes you past the most interesting places in downtown Rotterdam.
