From Thursday 5 to Sunday 8 August, Amsterdam is briefly transformed into the Capital of Happiness and Love during the Gay Pride event.
During the International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam (IDFA) from November 19 through 29, you will be able to choose from well over 300 documentaries that are shown in film theaters in downtown Amsterdam. More than one hundred will be shown in Holland for the very first time, or even for the first time anywhere in the world.
During Springdance new innovative dance makers from all over the world show modern dance and performances.
On Friday 30 and Saturday 31 July, 2010, downtown Rotterdam parties for the 26th time at the largest tropical party in Holland, the Ortel Summer Carnival.
