Accessibility and parking in The Hague

The Hague lies about 40 minutes’ worth of driving from the Dutch capital of Amsterdam and Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. Train connections to The Hague are also excellent. If by car, be attentive as to where you may and may not park – most of The Hague and Scheveningen’s centres are paid-parking zones seven days a week. The Hague’s centre has various parking garages that charge reasonable rates; for cheap parking, use the P+R areas along the A4, Transferium ’t Schouw and P+R Hoornwijk.
