Westland is also called the third economic driver of the Netherlands. After the Port of Rotterdam and Schiphol Airport comes the Westland greenhouse farming sector. Here, growers produce vegetables, fruit, plants and flowers in the millions. The Westland Floating Parade presents all of these greenhouse farming products in an attractive and entertaining manner.

The Westland Floating Parade route

Various activities are organised along the route of the Westland Floating Parade, such as fairs, musical performances and bike tours. In three days' time the Westland Floating Parade sails along Naaldwijk, Vlaardingen, Wateringen, Delft, Rijswijk and the edge of The Hague, among other places.
