The Gemeentemuseum for Contemorary Art (GEM) in The Hague presents the first major Dutch solo exhibition on Michael Raedecker. This Dutch artist, born in Amsterdam in 1963, currently lives in London. Recent works are shown in relation to highlights from his earlier oeuvre.

About Michael Raedecker

Former fashion designer Michael Raedecker is known for his paintings, in which he mixes paint with embroidery. His eye-catching technique has won him the prestigious British John Moores Award, a nomination for the Turner Prize, and other awards.
