Identify people

The handy little gadget helps participants identify the people they need to contact at the crowded conference. The device vibrates when the person they are looking for is nearby, showing a photo of that person so that they are easy to recognise and approach. It also prevents awkward moments. As far as other people can see, you never forget names. When the Spotme radar identifies people in the vicinity it also shows their photo, name and company name. Participants can also send each other messages and set up appointments during the conference.

Digital business cards

And there is no need to carry business cards around. Instead, Spotme can send digital business cards, which are easy to store for a longer period. The big plus point is that a photo of the person in question can also be sent with business cards. Participant’s notes made during the conference remain stored on the device.
One of the latest additional features is the possibility to distribute handouts online, thereby doing away with those endless piles of paper. 

Give feedback, ask questions and vote

Participants can send feedback via the device, as well as ask questions or take part in voting. The device also provides a personalised agenda and online programme book, and sends a reminder when a session is about to begin. Extra information relating to the conference can also be placed.
