Friday 4 & Saturday 5 December 2009 the Netherlands Board of Tourism & Conventions (NBTC) is organising the international Holland Showcase. This two day programme enables European meeting professionals to get acquainted with or refresh their perspective on Holland and its MICE possibilities.

On the first day of the programme all delegates will be welcomed in The Hague for a familiarisation trip through this city of many faces. After visiting the diverse range of venues in The Hague the delegates will meet up with the Dutch MICE industry. During the workshops buyers will have the opportunity to discuss business opportunities with approximately 30 Dutch key suppliers.

On Saturday delegates can enjoy the city programme of their choice and let surprise themselves by the programmes in Utrecht or Amsterdam. They can choose the city that suits their needs best.

10:00  Refreshments in Media Plaza, including a guided tour through 
          this modern meeting centre with the newest facilities. A place 
          to be, where we imagine ourselves in the future 
11:30  A visit to the Railway Museum, a unique special venue for
          events as well as a impressive attraction
13:00  Lunch will be served on board, while enjoying the view of
          Utrecht from the water… 
14:30  Short stay at the Dom Church in Utrecht, a great venue to
          organize your meeting or event 
15:00  Time to show you the Dom Tower, the highest tower of the
          Netherlands. 
16:30  Spare time to discover even more special places of this
          historical city with a nice shopping centre, several museums, 
          old cafes, restaurants with waterfront terraces, a beer brewery
          amongst many more unique items.
19:00  Cocktail and dinner
23:30  Visit to Holland Casino (for those who are interested)
