Participation

Showcase participation is open to MICE executives from Germany, United Kingdom, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy and Spain. MICE executives (corporate or agency) are responsible for planning, organising, recommending or making financial decisions for business events outside your home country and potentially for the Netherlands.
There are limited places available, which will be evenly spread between the ten markets. Therefore, we may be forced to make a selection of applications based on the information provided on the registration form. If you meet our selection criteria you will receive a confirmation and a more detailed programme. For all eligible applications we apply a 'first come-first serve' rule.

Costs

The Holland Showcase 2009 participation is free of charge. The following costs are at your own expense:
• Travel Insurance
• Private transfers
• Additional nights’ accommodation
• Personal extras

Cancellation

If your participation is confirmed we count on your presence! The NBTC will invoice € 150,- to you in case you cancel your participation on or after:

August 15th  - Showcase 4 & 5 September 2009
November 15th  - Showcase 4 & 5 December 2009

We ask you to sign for this when your participation is confirmed. Please note that you may send a replacement of the same or higher position in case you are not able to attend.

Conditions

The NBTC has the right to make a selection from the received information forms. The selection criteria are:

- Sequence of receiving the registration forms;
- The number of available places per programme;
- Your involvement in organising meetings, incentives and other events with potential for the Netherlands.

If you are not selected to join this event you will receive a message from your local NBTC office. This decision is not open for discussion. If you are not involved in organising international meetings, incentives, exhibitions or conferences we encourage you not to subscribe for the Holland Showcases 2009.

The information you provide will be made public to the Dutch meeting and events industry.
