Corrie ten Boomhuis
A museum about the family ten Boom and especially the evangelist Corrie ten Boom. Documentation, photos and furniture tell the life of the family and Corrie, who saved many lives during the Second World War.
Frans Hals Museum
In a house from 1608 with very beautiful gables and a garden, you will find Frans Hals Museum, which shows Haarlem paintings from the 16th century and after. You will find paintings by Frans Hals here of course, but also silver, a puppet home and modern art.
Teylers Museum
In the oldest public museum in Holland (opened in 1784) you will find a broad collection of Italian, French and Dutch sketches, minerals, fossils, coins and a lot of other different things.
