By car

Holland's network of roads consists of modern, well looked-after roads - both fast highways, and beautiful roads through nature and tulip fields.

There are appr. 116.500 km of roads in Holland, of which 2250 km are highways. We use the green sign "E" (Europaweg) for the international European highways, and the red sign "A" (autosnelweg) for the national highways. For other major roads, yellow signs are used together with the letter "N" (niet-autosnelweg).
You can contact us for the purchase of a Shell car map of Holland (scale 1:250.000).
