In celebration of the Netherland’s national day, London will glow orange as the Dutch are taking over Trafalgar Square. The Netherlands Board of Tourism & Conventions (NBTC) will host Holland House in association with Expedia.co.uk on Saturday 18 April 2009

On Saturday 18 April, Trafalgar Square sparkled bright orange in the spring sunshine for the very successful Holland House. The Netherlands Board of Tourism & Conventions in association with Expedia.co.uk organised the event in honour of the Netherlands’ national Day. Over 70,000 people are estimated to have joined in the celebrations over the course of the day.

SeOne was the place to be for some infectious bodyshaking beats on Friday 17 April 2009, as Ferry Corsten gave London some Dutch Therapy. Over 1,100 clubbers partied orange style at this funky club night full of Dutch cutting edge beats. The DJ battle between Carlo Gambino vs Dave Hislop hyped up the crowd and ErickE, Bart Claessen, Rafael Frost, JL Aleph (making his UK debut) really got the party started before Ferry Corsten showed the crowd why he is THE trancemaster.
