The Christmas Market in Dordrecht is an annual three-day feast in this old city near Rotterdam. Its 200 stalls line the streets for some 2.5 kilometres, making it the biggest event of its kind in Holland. Best of all, the stalls don't sell junk but mainly offer real, hand-made Christmas products.

Festive harbour

The Christmas market route runs through Dordrecht’s city centre and along the harbour, of which every local resident is rightly proud. The harbour is lit up with thousands of fairy lights, a truly picturesque sight.

More entertainment

In addition to the many Christmas stalls, you will find around 35 cafés and restaurants along the path of the market. And there are 4 stages offering non-stop entertainment, from exhibitions to music performances. You won’t be bored for a minute at the Dordrecht Christmas Market!
