The Snerttram is a real winter attraction, of course, and tours the city during weekends from October to March. On Saturday it departs at 16:30 (with an extra ride at 14:30 if there are many interested people) and on Sunday at 14:30 (with an extra ride at 16:30 if there are many interested people). A tour takes about 90 minutes and costs 16,50 euros. There is also a special dinner package for €49.50. There are no assigned seats so feel free to sit wherever you like. The starting and end point is Oostplein, Rotterdam.
