Gallery near Amsterdam’s icons
Prior to 2012 the gallery was situated in a former school building on the site of a 15th century cloister in Utrecht. Recently the gallery expanded with the opening of a new exhibition space, defined by high ceilings and skylights, in Amsterdam at the Lijnbaansgracht. The gallery is located close to Foam, the Rijksmuseum, Stedelijk Museum and Van Gogh Museum. Flatland Gallery also has an office and viewing space in Paris, on the edge of the Marais and the artistic Oberkampf area.
Publishing by Flatland
Flatland has its own publishing-house which distributes art, photography and graphic design books. In addition, it publishes The Flatland Journal, a thrice-a year publication with contributions from art critics of Le Monde and The New York Times.
