This restaurant shares a building with the library, the regional archives, and a printing workshop so it is always bustling. The Barista Café can be found at the end of the Kleiweg. Whether you want to sit down for a cup of good coffee and pie, a wonderful lunch, or an extensive breakfast, the Barista Café serves it all. We highly recommend the Coconut Cappuccino, which is made with coconut milk instead of regular milk.

The owners of Hofje van Jongkind are passionate about coffee. This wonderful coffee bar makes coffee from beans roasted on site. Don’t go here just for the coffee, though, because its location in a former hofje or inner courtyard dating from 1702 makes it well worth a visit.
