This educational attraction starts above water in a fisherman's hut and takes you along under water. From the sweet water in ponds and ditches, you will travel to the salt water of the Wadden Sea. The best part is that your feet will remain dry! Along the way, you will discover some 300 different kinds of plants and animals and track the “Big Five” of Holland's underwater life: seal, porpoise, otter, catfish, and beaver.
At Darwin's Attic (Darwin’s zolder in Dutch) visitors can discover Darwin's theory of evolution. He built on his predecessors' ideas. Time is devoted to theories that led to the theory of evolution, as well as the risks associated with a broad interpretation of it.
