For the first time, Eurostar is connecting London with Rotterdam Centraal in just 3 hours (3h01min) and to Amsterdam Centraal in 3 hours 40 minutes (3h41min). Whilst in Holland, Intercity trains can whisk you to Maastricht in 1 hour and 17 minutes. On the return trip from Holland you will need to get the Thalys to Brussels and get another train back to London St Pancras.
