Towering 34 storeys into Amsterdam’s skyline, the iconic building on the ‘’IJ Waterfront’’ will boast a total of 5,2000 square meters, with 579 bedrooms divided over various categories but all with breath taking views over the city, including a 340 square meters presidential suite on the 31st floor. The hotel’s large ballroom can accommodate up to 2,142 people, and a second ballroom has space for further 1,035. Other conference rooms of various sizes complete the portfolio of different room sizes. The facilities on the first three floors are large enough for a total of 4,500 participants. Additionally, guests as well as locals will be able to enjoy international and national cuisine in six different restaurants and bars, including a Skybar with amazing views over Amsterdam.
