Terms and Conditions for Amsterdam Dance Event prize draw (October 2011)

Participation
1.1. Entry in this competition implies acceptance of the following rules.
1.2. This competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland aged 18 years and over except employees of Netherlands Board of Tourism & Conventions, and their families and friends and agencies and persons connected in any way with the organisation & promotion of this competition. Residents of other countries are excluded from entry.
1.3. Entries must be received by 10 October 2011 10am. No entries will be accepted after this time.
1.4 By entering this competition you agree to be added to our newsletter list upon which you may unsubscribe upon receipt.

Entries
2.1. Entrant must be a UK or Ireland resident aged 18 or over.
2.2. Entries are limited to one entry per household and once a prize has been won, the entry in question will be removed from the prize-draw.
2.3. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
2.4. NBTC/Hollandclubbing.com does not accept responsibility for non-receipt or loss of entries.
2.5. All entries become the absolute property of NBTC
2.6. Entrants agree that their name and entry is published by Hollandclubbing.com on www.hollandclubbing.com and the entrant may be asked to take part in post-competition publicity.   
2.7. No purchase necessary.
2.8. Entries can be submitted by sending an email to info-ie@holland.com with the subject “Send me to ADE”. Please supply your full name, address, date of birth, and contact email and contact phone numbers.

The draw
3.1. No correspondence will be entered into, apart from point 3.2. below.
3.2. Prize winners will be notified by e-mail and phone call on 10 October 2011 of winning the prize (prize draw ends 10 October 10am). Names available upon request. If the prize is not claimed on this day before 3.00pm then the winner will no longer be eligible and new winners will be drawn
3.3. NBTC reserves the right to amend these prize draw rules at any time, without prior notification.
3.4. The winners will be drawn at random.

Prize
4.1. No purchase is necessary. To participate To enter the draw simply send us an email with your name, date of birth, email, phone number and subject line ‘Send me to ADE 2011' to
info-ie@holland.com.
4.2. The prize includes; 2 ADE Festival passé partouts providing entry to all participating clubs on all 4 nights from 19-22 October 2011, accommodation: one double room for two for four nights (19-23 October 2011) at Stayokay Zeeburg, Amsterdam, return flights from UK airport to Amsterdam (departure 19 October- return 23 October 2011).

4.3. NBTC reserves the right to change the prize to a prize of equal value, should circumstances require this.
4.4. Travel prize is subject to date restriction and only valid for the 19-22 October 2011- ADE Festival 2011.
4.5. When the prize has been confirmed by the winner and a hence booking made by/on behalf of the NBTC, then these dates, names, or the prize cannot be altered in anyway.  If the winner chooses not to/cannot travel on the dates he/she confirmed, then the prize will become void.

General
5.1. Personal details will not be passed onto third parties or other organisations without prior permission of the entrants, with the exception of cases where this is essential for the progress of the competition entered into.
5.2. These Prize Draw Rules are governed by the laws of Holland.
