New hotels in the Netherlands (update May 2026)

Recently opened close to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, and within easy access to Amsterdam city centre is the Residence Inn by Marriott. There are 296 fully renovated studio apartments and suites available, complete with fully equipped kitchens. The complex is designed as a home away from home for guests, whilst also providing hotel facilities.

Opening in 2027, close to the city of Eindhoven (20 – 30 minute drive), a new luxurious 5-star hotel, Castle Gemert, Curio Collection by Hilton, will combine history with exquisite elegance. Once renovated, this 14th century castle will house a combination of 75 rooms and suites, a wellness centre with an infinity pool that leads straight into the castle moat, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant named GEM (already open), amongst a backdrop of beautiful North Brabant scenery.
