Travel Trade Networking Event

Perspective The Netherlands 2026/2027

In collaboration with Visit Flevoland, NBTC’s annual travel trade business and networking event "Perspective The Netherlands 2025/2026" will take place on Thursday, 11 September 2025, in Almere, Flevoland. It promises to be a dynamic day filled with pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings between German, Belgian, and British tour operators and Dutch suppliers, complemented by plenty of networking moments throughout the programme.

During the event, tour operators from Germany, Belgium, and the UK will engage in one-to-one meetings with Dutch suppliers representing cities (CMOs), regions (DMOs), incoming tour operators, hotels and accommodations, museums, attractions, transport companies, and tour guides. The focus lies on establishing new contacts, strengthening existing relationships, and discussing opportunities for future collaboration and innovative itineraries.

NBTC and its Dutch partners will also present current and upcoming highlights for 2026/2027. From cultural experiences and nature-based travel to hidden gems across the Netherlands – the day offers fresh inspiration to enrich and diversify travel offerings to the Netherlands.

12 September 2025 FamTrip Flevoland

On Friday, 12 September 2025, the programme continues with two parallel FamTrips hosted by Visit Flevoland. Both FamTrips include visits to a variety of locations in Flevoland and offer opportunities to meet local tourism partners while gaining fresh inspiration for future travel programmes. Attending tour operators can choose between two themed itineraries that highlight different aspects of the Flevoland region:

FamTrip 1 Nature & Architecture

Discover the unique blend of raw new nature and visionary architecture in Flevoland, a province built from scratch. From rewilded landscapes like the Oostvaardersplassen to world-class designs by Rem Koolhaas, this is where space and creativity go hand in hand.
