Terms & Conditions of Holland Pub Quiz during IMEX America 2019
Holland Pub Quiz – RAI Amsterdam edition – Tuesday September 10th
A trip for 2 to Holland:
2 x AIR-France KLM (economy class) return tickets
2 nights (incl. breakfast) x 1 double room at nhow Amsterdam RAI hotel
2 x Iamsterdam City Card (48 hours)
Holland Pub Quiz – Rotterdam edition – Wednesday September 11th
A trip for 2 to Holland:
2 x AIR-France KLM (economy class) return tickets
2 nights (incl. breakfast) x 1 double room at Inntel Hotels Rotterdam Centre
2 x Rotterdam Welcome Card (48 hours)
a) Participation in the Pub Quiz is open for all official IMEX America 2019 hosted buyers.
b) To participate, entrants must be joining the Holland Pub Quiz RAI Amsterdam Edition or Rotterdam Edition at Happy Hour at the Holland Booth A301 at IMEX America 2019
c) At the end of each edition of the Pub Quiz during IMEX America 2019 one winner will be announced.
d) Prizes are strictly personal, not transferrable or exchangeable for cash or other goods.
e) The winner has two weeks from the date of notification to claim the prize by replying to the message sent by NBTC through email. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
f) Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary. The trip to Holland has to be executed before June 1st 2020. Final booking must be made 4 weeks before departure and is subject to availability.
g) Winner is responsible for any additional taxes, costs and gratifications which are not explicitly included in this prize and agrees the prize is on his/her own full risk and responsibility.
h) The results of the Pub Quiz will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
i) Entrants shall be deemed to have read, understood, agreed and accepted all terms and conditions of this contest upon participating in the Pub Quiz.
j) By entering the competition, all the contestants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which will be interpreted by the organizer. In case of any dispute, the organizer’s decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
k) Organizer reserves the right to make media announcements and/or publish the name and photo of the winner of the competition in any advertising and promotional material, including but not limited to announcing the winner in our Meet in Holland e-mail newsletter, video clip, website, and the Meet in Holland social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
l) The organizer reserves the right to withdraw, modify or amend any details of these rules or prizes without prior notice.
m) Organizer, as well as the other prize sponsors and organizers, are not and will not be liable to compensate prize winner if any mistake is made by any of organizer’s employees or agents in running the competition or awarding of the prize.
n) Organizer is also not responsible for circumstances beyond our control or for errors or disruptions in any communication systems that prevent you from being duly entered for the competition or notified of winning.
