After your meeting in Helmond
In the centre, you'll be amazed by the picture route, open air galleries, Piet Blom's houses on stilts and the St Lambertus church. You'll also find the largest moated castle in the Netherlands here: Helmond Castle. The fourteenth century Helmond Castle and the modern Kunsthal (art gallery) provide Museum Helmond with two unique and very different museum locations.

Museums and attractions
Helmond and its surroundings offer a variety of museums. In the city centre you’ll find the historical Castle and the Helmond Museum and when you go a bit further to Nuenen you can literally walk in Van Gogh’s footsteps. Explore Van Gogh's life and work in this Dutch village he used to call home.
Don’t forget to visit the Cacaofabriek a former Chocolate factory where you can watch a movie or show and have lunch or dinner. And while you’re there you must visit the inhouse chocolatier!
Great festivals and events are organised here every year. Helmond is bursting with energy.
